Isabela Onyshko placed 1st All-Around at the 27th International Gymnix last weekend with score of 53.134 overall. Congratulations to Isabela, Lorie Henderson and Joe Stouffer on a successful competition!

On February 2nd to February 4th, 2018, Springers Gymnastics Club hosted the Royal Classic Intermediate/Advanced/Pre-Provincial gymnasts along with JO 5 through to JO 10, and the Pre Novice Aspire 1 competitors. I attended on Friday and Saturday, all but the very last session. A
The Beausejour Elites Competition was held at the Edward Schreyer High School on January 27th and 28th, 2018. I attended all day Saturday when a total of 147 gymnasts competed. It was an opportunity for gymnasts to identify their standing amongst other provincial gymnasts. Excellent
On January 19th to 21st, Panthers gym Club hosted their annual Snowflake Invitational Competitions. Even though I was not able to attend all three days, I was told Robert Persechino, Helen Desmarais, their staff and parent volunteers, did an excellent job in overseeing the event.

Women’s Winter Warn-up, Beginner to Pre-Provincial, and JO 5-10 Competitions December 16th – 17th, 2017 On Sunday, December 17th, I attended the Winnipeg Gymnastics Centre’s Winter Warn-up. The event included 4 sessions on Sunday: pre provincial Birth years 2001 to 2008, Intermediate Birth years
On Sunday, December 3rd, 2017, Springers Gymnastics Club hosted the MB Games Qualifier Advanced/Pre-Provincial competitions for the Manitoba Games to be held in March of next year in Thompson. It was an exciting time for both spectators and gymnasts as a very boisterous crowd cheered
