Manitoba Gymnastics Association has been closely monitoring all available information related to the continued spread of the Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The health and safety of our athletes, officials, employees, volunteers, fans, and everyone associated with gymnastics in Manitoba and Canada and upcoming events continue to be our priority.
Club Closures
The Province of Manitoba announced that the Winnipeg Metropolitan Health Region has been upgraded to Code Red, effective Monday, November 2, 2020 for a minimum of 2 weeks. All clubs in the Winnipeg Metropolitan region must be closed for operations.
The Interlake-East, Prairie Mountain and Southern Health Regions will be upgraded to Code Orange as per the Pandemic Response System. The Northern Health Region is currently Code Orange. Clubs may operate however they must follow all Province of Manitoba orders and the MGA Return to Sport protocol.
